Frequently asked questions
Does Elanza read all my emails?
Elanza accesses your inbox read-only, and only if you allow it. Emails unrelated to a brand aren't saved. Elanza can't send, delete or edit an email. You can also simply forward your brand emails to your Elanza address.
Do I need a credit card to try it?
No. The 30-day trial starts when you sign up, without a card. You pick a plan only if you want to continue.
Are the invoices compliant?
They carry the mandatory mentions, your country's VAT or exemption mention, and continuous numbering. An issued invoice can't be edited: it is corrected with a credit note. Have your accountant confirm your situation.
Do my creators have to agree?
Yes. Each creator connects their own inbox and signs a mandate before the agency invoices in their name. They keep their own space and can cut access anytime.
What happens to my data?
It stays yours: never sold, never used to train an AI. You can export or delete everything from your account.
Does Elanza take a commission on my deals?
No. You pay a subscription, nothing else.
