Terms of sale

1. Scope

These terms of sale apply to any Elanza subscription purchased from [Raison sociale]. They complement the terms of use. The service is mainly for professionals (creators running a business, agencies); consumer-specific provisions are flagged.

2. Plans and prices

Independent creator: Creator plan (€29 per month) or Pro (€59 per month), for one space.

Agencies, one subscription for the whole roster, by number of creators managed: Studio (€119 per month, up to 5 creators), Agency (€290 per month, up to 15), Network (€590 per month, up to 40). Above that, on quote. Every managed creator gets all Pro features without a separate subscription.

Prices exclude VAT for businesses and include VAT for consumers; applicable VAT is added at payment. Elanza takes no commission on deals.

3. Free trial

Every new space gets a 30-day free trial, no card needed. When it ends, features are paused until you subscribe; your data is kept and can be exported.

4. Purchase and payment

You subscribe online from the Subscription page. Payment is by card through our provider Stripe; Elanza never sees your card numbers.

The subscription is paid in advance each month on the anniversary date. An invoice is available for every payment.

5. Term and renewal

The subscription runs for one month and renews automatically each month until cancelled.

6. Changing plans

You can change plans at any time. An upgrade applies immediately (prorated where relevant); a downgrade applies from the next period.

Agencies adding a creator above their plan's cap must move to the next plan.

7. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from the Subscription page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, with access open until then. Started months are not refunded unless the law requires.

8. Failed payments

If a payment fails, we retry and let you know. Without payment, access may be suspended, data being kept. For businesses, unpaid amounts bear late-payment interest at three times the legal rate and a €40 fixed recovery fee.

9. Price changes

We may change prices. Any change is announced at least 30 days in advance and applies from the next period; you can cancel before it applies.

10. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

Consumers have 14 days from subscription to withdraw without reason by writing to [e-mail de contact]. By asking for the service to start before then, you agree to pay for the service provided until withdrawal. The free trial lets you test without commitment.

11. Warranties and liability

The warranties and liability limits in the terms of use apply. Consumers also benefit from the legal conformity guarantee for digital content and services.

12. Disputes

French law applies. Complaints: [e-mail de contact]. Consumer mediation: [médiateur de la consommation et site]. For businesses, the courts of [tribunal compétent, ex. Paris] have jurisdiction.
